Liberty, TX — Narcotics investigators arrested Michael Angelo Martinez, 34, also known as “Mexican Mike,” on September 3 at a motel on U.S. 90.
They were helping another unit on a traffic stop when they recognized him. A records check showed an active felony warrant for burglary of a building. Officials said he briefly resisted before he was secured.
A search of the room led to an additional charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.
Martinez is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
