Harris County, TX — A man was arrested after deputies said he was identified as the person responsible for illegally dumping furniture along a roadway, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 2.
Deputies were dispatched to the 7700 block of Easthaven Boulevard after receiving a report of a man leaving furniture along the roadway.
Authorities said deputies followed up on the incident and identified the person allegedly responsible as Craig Ortega.
A warrant was subsequently issued, and Ortega was later apprehended and taken into custody in connection with the illegal dumping.

Constable Precinct 2 reminded residents to properly dispose of unwanted furniture and other items rather than leaving them along roadways.
The allegation has not been proven in court. Ortega is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
