La Marque, TX — A missing person was located safely Friday as La Marque Police and the U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force took a 19-year-old into custody on multiple outstanding warrants.
According to the La Marque Police Department, members of the Criminal Investigations Division located Siena Sauceda safe on Sept. 4.
Police said Sauceda was with Kayden Everette, born Feb. 20, 2007, who was arrested on the following outstanding warrants:
• Escape While Arrested/Confined — Felony — $40,000 bond
• Terroristic Threat — $2,500 bond
• Assault Causes Bodily Injury — $5,000 bond
• Assault Causes Bodily Injury — $7,500 bond
• Criminal Trespass — $5,000 bond
• Publish/Threat to Publish Intimate Visual Material — $30,000 bond
The La Marque Police Department credited its CID detectives and the U.S. Marshals task force with helping safely locate Sauceda and take Everette into custody.
The charges and warrants are allegations. Everette is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
