Harris County, TX — A father was arrested after deputies determined that his two children had allegedly been left unattended inside an apartment, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputy Young responded to a welfare check in the 10000 block of Cypresswood Drive.
During the investigation, deputies determined that an adult male had allegedly left his two children unattended inside the apartment.
The father was taken into custody and charged with Abandoning a Child.
Child Protective Services was notified following the incident.
The Constable’s Office did not identify the father or provide the ages of the children in the information released.
