Harris County, TX — A man was arrested on a DWI charge after deputies responded to a report of someone passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle with his foot on the brake, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies responded Aug. 28 to the 11100 block of Skybird Drive and identified the man as Daniel Joseph Murray.
During the investigation, deputies located a witness who reported seeing Murray operating the vehicle.
Murray was taken into custody without incident. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted a charge of Driving While Intoxicated, and deputies obtained a search warrant for a blood draw.
Murray was booked into the Harris County Jail. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 5.
The charge is an allegation. Murray is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
