Harris County, TX — A woman was taken into custody after allegedly attempting to cash two fraudulent checks using a fraudulent identification card at a Chase Bank, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.

Constable Mark Herman’s Office said Deputy Diaz responded to the bank in the 8400 block of Cypresswood Drive and conducted an investigation.

Authorities allege the woman entered the bank and attempted to cash two fraudulent checks while using a fraudulent ID.

The woman’s identity and specific charges were not included in the initial information released by the Constable’s Office.

The allegations have not been proven in court. The woman is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
