Spring, TX — Two people were arrested after deputies responding to a reported theft in progress searched for the suspects across portions of Montgomery and Harris counties, according to the Office of Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable Ryan Gable.
Deputies responded around 8:49 a.m. August 25 to a business in the 2900 block of Riley Fuzzel Road in Spring.
Investigators said two suspects entered the store, selected approximately $1,150 worth of merchandise and fled on foot without paying.
Patrol deputies began searching the surrounding area. Following what the Constable’s Office described as a prolonged search, deputies and members of the Criminal Interdiction Unit located both suspects in the 3800 block of Louetta Road in Spring, Harris County.
Authorities identified the suspects as:
• Gregory Paul Tucker of Spring
• Noralba Zetino of Humble
Investigators said the pair was also linked to another theft at a business in the 21100 block of Kuykendahl Road in Spring.
Both Tucker and Zetino were charged with State Jail Felony Theft with Two or More Previous Convictions. Zetino received an additional misdemeanor theft charge.
The Constable’s Office credited deputies from Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office with assisting in the arrests.

The charges are allegations. Tucker and Zetino are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
