North Richland Hills, TX — Police are asking for the public’s help locating 33-year-old Randell Westerman, who was last seen on foot in the area of Boulevard 26 and NE Loop 820.
According to the North Richland Hills Police Department, Westerman was wearing a black shirt and light-colored shorts. He was reportedly headed to a nearby gas station but did not return home.
Police said Westerman has diminished mental capacity and has been entered into the national missing persons database.
