Harris County, TX — A 49-year-old man was arrested Thursday morning on three felony charges involving child sexual abuse material following an investigation by Harris County Precinct 5 constable deputies.
According to Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office, deputies assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force began investigating the case in May.
Authorities said investigators discovered dozens of digital photographs and videos depicting child pornography allegedly in the suspect’s possession.
Deputies with Precinct 5’s Strategic Response Unit assisted the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in executing the felony warrant Thursday morning at the suspect’s residence in the 7500 block of Forest Dawn Way.
The man was taken into custody and transported to jail.
He faces three charges of:
• Possession of Visual Material Depicting Sexual Assault of a Child
