Harris County, TX — An adult male wanted on an outstanding assault warrant was taken into custody after allegedly attacking a deputy during a warrant service, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies were serving the warrant in the 9400 block of Crystal Cove Circle when authorities said the suspect physically assaulted a constable deputy.
Deputies were able to take the man into custody. Precinct 4 said additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
The suspect's identity was not provided in the initial update.
