Victoria, TX — An 11-year-old girl was arrested Thursday after authorities identified her in connection with threats made against a middle school, according to FBI Houston.
The FBI said the arrest was made by the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office and that the girl faces state charges.
According to the agency, this marks the second Victoria student identified and located within one week in connection with threats against a middle school.
FBI Houston warned that school threats, including hoax threats posted online, can lead to arrests and criminal charges.
