Waco, TX — The Waco Police Department Property Crimes Unit is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in a theft case.
Detective Mathews is investigating the case and is seeking information that could help identify the individual.
The suspect was captured on surveillance footage wearing a black Spider-Man hoodie.
