Katy, TX — A speeding stop in the 1000 block of South Mason Road led to a DWI arrest, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 5.
Deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office said they observed a vehicle speeding and conducted a traffic stop.
Authorities said the driver displayed several indicators of intoxication during the stop. After further investigation, the driver was arrested on:
• Driving While Intoxicated
The driver’s name was not included in the initial release.
The charge is an allegation. The driver is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
