Harris County, TX — A welfare check in the 1000 block of Hidden Canyon Road ended with deputies finding a man hiding inside a wall of the home, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 5.

Deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office were dispatched after a friend of the complainant reported receiving a text saying the woman’s husband was allegedly being abusive again.

Investigators allege the man violated the protective order by assaulting the complainant.

He was arrested on:

The charge is an allegation. The suspect is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
