Gonzales County, TX — The Gonzales County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit announced the arrest of Martin David Mata of Gonzales on multiple felony narcotics charges.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Mata was taken into custody Wednesday, September 2, and charged with:
• Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1, 4 Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams
Bond: $100,000
• Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1, 4 Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams
Bond: $125,000
The two bonds total $225,000.
The Sheriff’s Office said its Street Crimes Unit continues working to identify, investigate and apprehend individuals allegedly involved in criminal activity throughout Gonzales County.
The charges are allegations. Mata is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
