Harris County, TX — A driver was arrested after Harris County Constable Precinct 2 Toll Road deputies said they observed a vehicle failing to maintain a single lane and striking a delineator near the Southeast Plaza on the South Sam Houston Tollway East.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Aaron Martinez.

According to Precinct 2, deputies administered standardized field sobriety tests during the investigation and Martinez was subsequently arrested on:

• Driving While Intoxicated

Martinez was transported and booked into the Harris County Joint Processing Center.

The charge is an allegation. Martinez is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
