Frisco, TX — The Frisco Police Department is on scene of a welfare concern in the 6000 block of Wallis Drive.
Police said the surrounding area has been blocked off, and Memorial High School was placed into secure status out of an abundance of caution.

Residents and motorists are being asked to avoid the area while officers remain on scene.
