Splendora, TX — A driver was arrested for Reckless Driving after a Splendora Police Department supervisor observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and repeatedly cutting in and out of traffic on Interstate 69.
Police said the vehicle was later measured traveling 92 mph in a posted 65 mph zone.
Following the traffic stop and investigation, the driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of:

The Splendora Police Department reminded motorists that excessive speed combined with unsafe lane changes can significantly reduce reaction time and increase the risk of serious crashes.
The charge is an allegation. The driver is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
