Harris County, TX — A follow-up investigation by Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office resulted in the arrest of a man accused of violating a court-mandated protective order.

Deputies were conducting the follow-up investigation in the 6800 block of Northridge Trail Lane when they observed an adult male at the residence.

Further investigation determined the man was allegedly in direct violation of a court-ordered protective order, according to the constable’s office.

Deputies took the man into custody without incident for the alleged violation. His name and additional details surrounding the protective order were not released.

All charges are allegations. Individuals arrested or accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
