Harris County, TX — A morning DWI investigation ended with an arrest in the 3100 block of Cimarron Pass Drive, according to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

Deputies said an adult male was taken into custody and charged with:

• Driving While Intoxicated

Authorities reminded drivers to drive sober, make a plan and arrange a safe way home.

All charges are allegations. Individuals arrested or accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
