Denton, TX — Members of the Denton Fire Department have spent the past three weeks supporting wildfire suppression efforts across Texas as crews continue battling fires in multiple parts of the state.
According to the department, Denton firefighters have assisted with wildfire operations in areas ranging from Palo Pinto and Palestine to Beeville and Hamilton.
Three Denton Fire Department members are currently assigned to the Ross Fire in Palo Pinto County.
The department shared photos documenting some of the wildfire response efforts and credited Incident Information – Texas A&M Forest Service for the images.
