Harris County, TX — A traffic stop in the 14000 block of Yellow Begonia Drive ended with an adult male driver arrested on a DWI charge.
Deputy Pena with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted the stop.
Authorities said the driver displayed several signs of intoxication during the investigation and refused to participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
Following the investigation, the driver was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
The charge is an allegation. The individual arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
