Harris County, TX — A woman was arrested on a DWI charge after deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash in the 16500 block of the Hardy Toll Road on August 26.
Deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office identified the driver as Olivia Weatherly.
Authorities said Weatherly displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Deputies administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and determined she was intoxicated.
Weatherly was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of:
