Harris County, TX — A suspect wanted on nine open warrants was arrested Thursday night after a deputy with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office made contact with the individual in the 22000 block of Cypresswood Drive.

Authorities said further investigation revealed the suspect had nine active warrants, including two Class A misdemeanor warrants for Cruelty to a Non-Livestock Animal and seven Class C warrants.

The warrants were confirmed, and the suspect was taken into custody without incident.

All charges and warrants are allegations. Individuals accused of a crime are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
