Harris County, TX — Deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office are asking for the public’s help locating 72-year-old Juan Navarrete Ramirez.
Ramirez was last seen on surveillance footage at approximately 7:22 a.m. on August 28, 2026, walking in the 900 block of Vista Bend Drive.
Authorities said Ramirez has been diagnosed with dementia and epilepsy and may experience seizures without his medication.
