Crockett County, TX — Fire crews are battling the Cedar Top Fire on the Jack Baggett Ranch south of Ozona along Highway 163, according to a 4 p.m. update from Crockett County Fire & EMS.
The wildfire was estimated at approximately 100 acres as of the latest update.
Crockett County Fire has deployed three brush trucks and a tanker to the fire.
Additional resources have been requested from the Texas A&M Forest Service, including aircraft and hand crews. Officials said there was no estimated arrival time for those resources as of the 4 p.m. update.
