Harris County, TX — A driver was arrested for reckless driving after Harris County Precinct 5 toll road deputies stopped a vehicle near Clay Road and the West Sam Houston Parkway North.

Deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office said the vehicle was traveling 95 mph in a 65 mph zone while making unsafe lane changes and failing to signal.

The driver was detained without incident.

Authorities said the Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted, and the driver was arrested on a charge of Reckless Driving.

The charge is an allegation. The individual arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
