Harris County, TX — A man wanted in connection with a May stabbing was taken into custody Friday after Harris County Precinct 5 deputies assisted the U.S. Marshals Service in executing a felony warrant.
According to Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office, deputies with the Strategic Response Unit assisted with the operation on August 28 in the 17700 block of Wayforest Drive.
Authorities said the man was wanted on a charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon stemming from a stabbing that occurred in May.
The suspect was detained without incident and transported to the Harris County Jail. His identity and additional details about the May incident were not provided in the release.
The suspect is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
