Webster, TX — The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences is asking for the public’s help locating the next of kin of Timothy John Clyne, who died July 25, 2026, in the 900 block of West NASA Parkway in Webster.
Clyne was born Nov. 19, 1961. His case is also listed in the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) as an unclaimed person under case #UCP161710.
