Harris County, TX — The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a driver accused of leaving the scene after fatally striking a bicyclist in east Harris County.
Authorities said Felton Joseph was riding his bicycle westbound in the 13600 block of Wallisville Road at approximately 12:35 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, when he was struck from behind.
Joseph died at the scene.
Investigators are searching for a white or gray 2013–2015 Nissan Altima believed to have front passenger-side damage. According to HCSO, the driver left the scene without stopping to render aid.
