Guadalupe County, TX — A 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault following an investigation by the Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation began Wednesday, August 26, after the Sheriff’s Office received a complaint regarding a sexual assault that reportedly occurred recently on Still Meadow Road in Guadalupe County.
Investigators worked throughout the night gathering information and evidence and identified Bradley Lyn Baker, 40, as the suspect. An arrest warrant was subsequently obtained charging Baker with sexual assault.
At approximately 7:20 a.m. Thursday, August 27, Baker was arrested during a traffic stop on West Kingsbury Street near North Bowie Street. Authorities said he was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Guadalupe County Adult Detention Center.
Officials said additional details are being withheld to protect the integrity of the case and the privacy of those involved.
