Sugar Land, TX — A lost four-legged resident is safely back home after a chance encounter with Sugar Land police officers this week.
According to the Sugar Land Police Department, Officers Ramirez and Hersey were responding to a call for service when they received an unexpected visit from Gunner, a blind Boston Terrier who had escaped from his yard and wandered several blocks away.
The officers kept Gunner safe while they worked to contact his owners.
Gunner was ultimately reunited with his family and returned home safely.
A happy ending just in time for Feel Good Friday!
