Harris County, TX — A 9-year-old boy is in stable condition after being struck by a vehicle while riding an electric dirt bike Thursday night, according to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

Deputies investigated the major crash in the 200 block of Pinto Point Drive.

According to the preliminary investigation, the child was riding an electric dirt bike when he was struck by a motor vehicle.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

The 9-year-old was transported to a local hospital for treatment and is currently listed in stable condition.
