Seguin, TX — Seguin police want parents and guardians to watch for online activity tied to nihilistic violent extremist networks that may try to target or influence young people.
The department said these groups can use social media, gaming platforms, messaging apps, or private chats to contact, manipulate, threaten, or exploit youth. Names associated with these networks include 764 Network, CULT, No Lives Matter, and True Crime Community (TCC).
Police asked parents to talk with their children about who they message, know the apps they use, watch for threats or requests to move into private chats, and tell a trusted adult if someone online makes them uncomfortable. Do not engage with suspicious accounts. Save screenshots and report it.

If you believe a child has been contacted, threatened, or targeted, contact the Seguin Police Department or local law enforcement. Call 911 if there is an immediate threat.
