Cypress, TX — Precinct 4 deputies arrested a wanted man Tuesday at a Swift gas station in the 32200 block of Northwest Freeway.
Deputies identified him as Richard Parkinson and found he had an active parole warrant for dangerous drugs through the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles.
He was booked into the Harris County Jail. Bond and court information had not been set at the time of the release.
Parkinson is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
