Midland, TX — Texas Anti-Gang Center – Permian Basin members arrested Phidel Tranard Love on Wednesday in the 3400 block of North A Street.
Love was wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm. Officials said he is a documented gang member. He was booked into the Midland County Central Detention Center.
The TAG Center includes personnel from Midland and Ector county sheriff’s offices, Midland police, DPS, the Midland County District Attorney’s Office, FBI, HSI, U.S. Marshals, and DEA.
Love is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
