Midland, TX — Texas Anti-Gang Center – Permian Basin members arrested Donavon Torail Hubbard on Wednesday in the 8600 block of West County Road 60.
Hubbard was wanted on three counts of indecency with a child. He was booked into the Midland County Central Detention Center.

Hubbard is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
