San Antonio, TX — A man was detained early Thursday after a stabbing at an East Side apartment complex.
San Antonio police responded about 3:10 a.m. to the 1800 block of Lamar Street, near North Walters Street. Officers said one man approached another at the complex and stabbed him in the arm.
The victim ran out of the complex, leaving a blood trail across the parking lot, and was taken to a hospital.
The detained man is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
