Brackettville, TX — Border Patrol and local officers pursued a vehicle that failed to stop at a checkpoint and fled at high speed.
Agents later arrested two people accused of smuggling and three others who were in the country illegally, the Del Rio Sector said.
Those arrested are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
