San Antonio, TX — Deputies found a man dead Wednesday after he was struck by a vehicle that did not stop.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 8500 block of Hildebrandt Road in southeast Bexar County. Officials said the driver did not stay to help or call EMS.
Investigators are looking for a 2004–2008 Ford F-150 with damage to the right front and a missing passenger-side headlight assembly. The truck has not been found.
