Texarkana, TX — Police are investigating a serious crash about 3:15 p.m. Thursday at W. 15th and Mahaffey streets.
A 17-year-old was riding a small electric bicycle when a vehicle hit him. He was taken to CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital with what appeared to be serious injuries.
The 27-year-old woman driving the vehicle was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
The crash remains under investigation.
The driver is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
