Houston, TX — Precinct 5 deputies helped take two people into custody Friday while serving federal felony warrants.
Constable Terry Allbritton’s Strategic Response Unit assisted the U.S. Marshals Service and DPS in the 6700 block of Bellaire Gardens Drive.
The man was wanted on a federal warrant for distribution of a controlled substance, cocaine. The woman had three felony warrants for larceny, assault, and theft.
Both were detained without incident and turned over to the Marshals for federal processing.
They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
