Camilla, TX — The San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office is working an active scene on River Street after a report of a man with a gun.
Deputies and Texas DPS troopers arrived within minutes and detained people who were reportedly trespassing on the property.
The scene remains active while deputies investigate. All responding officers are Code 4. Officials said they and residents are safe at this time and there is no known immediate threat to the surrounding community.
