Harris County, TX — Two people were arrested after Harris County Precinct 4 constable deputies responded to reports of individuals attempting to break into vehicles in the 5100 block of Lakota Trail.
According to Constable Mark Herman’s Office, Deputy Suarez responded to the neighborhood and deputies located two suspects as they were leaving the area.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop and reported finding stolen property inside the vehicle during the investigation.
Both suspects were taken into custody for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.
The stolen property was recovered and returned to its owner.
Charges are accusations, and both suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
