Harris County, TX — Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Cypresswood Drive and found the adult male driver had an open Harris County warrant for DWI.
The warrant was confirmed, and the man was taken into custody without incident, the constable’s office said.
