Odessa, TX — Odessa police are asking the public to help identify a man accused of stealing about $330 in merchandise from the H-E-B at 3801 E. 42nd St.
Surveillance images released by the Odessa Police Department show an unknown male wearing a light-colored polo, jeans, and a white cap, carrying a blue tote bag.
The case is listed as 26-90006000.
