San Antonio, TX — More than two dozen animals were removed from a home north of downtown San Antonio on Wednesday as part of an animal cruelty investigation being handled by San Antonio Animal Care Services.
San Antonio Police Department SAFFE and patrol officers assisted Animal Care Services during the seizure.
Authorities said multiple charges are pending based on the apparent housing conditions. Additional details about those potential charges were not released.
Officials said the animals are not currently available for placement.
