Missouri City, TX — Three Missouri City police officers pulled a young child from the water during a welfare check on August 7, 2026.
Officer Trevino, Officer Guerra, and Officer Schuessler were dispatched to the call and saw a little boy in the water when they arrived. They went in and worked together to get the child to safety, Police Chief Troy Finner said.
Finner credited their quick response and teamwork.
