Cleburne, TX — Isaac Moueka Bosa, 28, has been sentenced to 40 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for aggravated sexual assault of a child and 20 additional years for two counts of sexual assault of a child, the Johnson and Somervell County District Attorney’s Office said.
Prosecutors said the investigation showed Bosa contacted the victims through social media and later met them at a local motel he rented, where the assaults occurred.
Cleburne police, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety worked together to track digital communications, interview the victims, and review evidence. Officers confirmed Bosa’s identity through social media records, motel documentation, and witness identification.
The DA’s office thanked Cleburne police, the sheriff’s office, DPS, and the prosecutors who handled the case.
