Montgomery County, TX — Noel Dwayne Walker, who had previously been sought by Montgomery County Precinct 3 authorities, has been located and taken into custody, according to Constable Ryan Gable’s Office.
Officials said the office was notified Wednesday, Aug. 19, by the Conroe Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service that Walker had been located, apprehended and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
Authorities said Walker was found at a hotel in the 15600 block of JFK Boulevard in Houston, near George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Constable Ryan Gable’s Office credited the Conroe Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service for their assistance in locating and apprehending Walker.
This marks an update to the previously issued wanted notice involving Walker.
Charges are accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
